Patrick founded DCS Alabama Development, LLC as a unique way to identify solid performing investments with the primary target being commercial real estate. While searching for those rare small business companies that need a boost to the next level. Solid investments coupled with strong leadership and growth opportunities.
Patrick’s background in commercial real estate includes disciplines focused in office, retail, industrial, and medical with an emphasis on municipal, state and federal government consulting for many of his clients. Primarily his services involve: development, build-to-suits, master planned developments, site selection, business incentives, land and building acquisitions and dispositions. High level negotiation experience.
Prior to founding DCS Alabama Development, LLC. Patrick spearheaded the highly successful eds America Development, LLC and eds America, LLC and the many successful projects those companies launched and pioneered. It was Patrick that was the force and momentum behind those companies. Several projects were selected as “Deals of the Year” by the Birmingham Business Journal. This new venture allows Patrick the ability to partner where the need is and where the interest lies, while taking a majority of the risk.
In addition, his global commercial real estate experience includes serving as Senior Vice President for Avison Young in Birmingham, Alabama 2013-2015 and Managing Principal, Cresa Birmingham, 2002-2013.

William “Billy” K. Holbrook
Billy brings to DCS Alabama Development, LLC 30 years of experience in the legal and financial services industry. Prior to becoming a Managing Principal of DCS Alabama Development, Billy has served on several Boards of Directors and has held various executive positions with companies in which he is an investor.
From 2009 until 2014, Billy served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Sterne Agee Group, Inc., a large southeastern-based financial services firm that had over 1,600 employees during his time of employment. Prior to joining Sterne Agee, Billy practiced law in private law firms from 1993 until 2009 with
a focus in corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions at the Birmingham, Alabama law firms of Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker LLC, Ritchie & Rediker, L.L.C. and Burr & Forman LLP.
